GuiltFu
Feeling guilty does not prove you did anything wrong. GuiltFu trains you to read that signal before obeying it, to repair when it is called for, and to let go when there is nothing left to repair.

What this art trains
Guilt is an emotion with a legitimate job: to flag a harm and push you to repair it. The trouble starts when it works overtime: it shows up when there was no harm, keeps ringing after you repaired, fires because someone got upset. GuiltFu teaches you to tell guilt that repairs from guilt that tortures, to identify your inner accuser, to disarm the “should” and to set boundaries without attacking.

Each level has missions of a few minutes (cards, questions, micro-challenges) and ends with a belt exam. Missions give XP; exams give belts. Scrolls (supporting reads) and tools add XP too. Belts recognize personal progress; they are not professional certifications.
