MyselfU

Manifesto

The centerpiece of this school. If you only read one page, make it this one.

We all learned to defend our body.
Some of us learned to defend our things.
We even learned to defend our opinions.

But we were rarely taught to defend our own mind.

We learned rules.
We learned expectations.
We learned “should”.
We learned to feel guilty.

And very often we ended up becoming our own guards.

MyselfU exists to show you another possibility.

Recognize.
Understand.
Question.
Repair.
Set boundaries.
Let go.
Choose.

Not to live without responsibility.
Not to ignore other people.
Not to become indifferent.

But to stop punishing ourselves needlessly.
To find out which thoughts are actually ours.
To decide which rules we want to keep.
To learn to say no.
To repair when we cause harm.
And to stop taking, indefinitely, the blows of something that already happened.

Because mental freedom can be trained too.

MYSELFU.
Learn yourself. Train your mind. Live freely.

What this means in practice

Every page in this school tries to do one of seven things: help you recognize a mechanism, understand where it comes from, question it, repair what needs repairing, set a boundary, let go of what you can no longer change, or choose more freely. If a page does none of these, it does not belong here.
