How training works here
Like a game. With one difference: the challenge is you.
The arts
Each art is a course
An eight-belt path with short missions, scrolls and minigames per art. There is no set order: pick the one that calls you. The published courses show up here, the house's and its masters'.

Why the martial language
Your mind needs training too.
Learning to understand, train and protect your mind looks a lot like training a martial art: practice, discipline, balance, knowing when not to react. We do not teach anyone to fight. We borrow the language because it describes what is needed remarkably well.
This is not about fighting your emotions. It is about learning to relate to them without letting them run your decisions on autopilot.
The way of our arts
Not this:
- Attack
- Counter-attack
- Destruction
This:
- Observe
- Center
- Dodge
- Block
- Deflect
- Disarm
- Repair
- Release
The goal is not to win the fight. It is for the fight to stop controlling you.
The journey
Each art, a different skill. The same path.
Each art trains one skill of your mind in small strikes: emotions, focus, ideas — whatever comes. Seeing it coming, not reacting in the first second, questioning the rule, setting the boundary, repairing what needs repairing and letting go of the rest.
Missions
One-minute cards with questions, instant feedback and micro-challenges for real life. No sleep-inducing walls of text.
Scrolls
The supporting reads, paginated and rewarded. For when you want to go deeper into an idea.
Exams and achievements
Every level ends with a belt exam. Your profile keeps belts, achievements and streak across all the arts.
Victory is not defeating anyone: it is getting your ability to choose back.
The wellbeing arts manifesto
We all learned to defend our body. Some of us learned to defend our things. We even learned to defend our opinions.
But we were rarely taught to defend our own mind.
We learned rules. We learned expectations. We learned “should”. We learned to feel guilt, to give in so as not to disappoint, to disappear so nobody gets upset. And very often we ended up becoming our own guards.
MindFu exists to show you another possibility.
